What This Kit Does
This trainer teaches electro-hydraulic circuit design and control using a mild-steel powder-coated cubical plant with standard instrument mountings. It includes both a double-acting cylinder and a single-acting cylinder (each with a 40mm bore diameter and 75/100mm stroke length), an oil hydraulic power pack for power supply, electro-hydraulic proximity sensors, solenoid valves, limit switches, and wall-mounting assemblies for the hydraulic actuator and self-reciprocating cylinder, plus an optional hydraulic motor.
Design and Safety Features
The unit uses a compact, ergonomic, self-explanatory layout with training-manual mimic charts to make operation easier to follow, and is built with leak-proof safety measures, sturdy piping, and inbuilt safeguards against improper use. The system frame includes caster wheels for easy movement around a lab. QRC couplings, tubing/hose pipes, and a distribution manifold are provided for pressure circulation, and optional fault-simulation components are available for fault-operation and diagnosis training.

This trainer is designed and assembled at our own India production facility.
