What These Coils Are
Each coil comprises a non-inductively wound coil of double-silk-covered constantan wire, enclosed in a circular moulded bakelite case, with two brass terminals provided. The resistance value of each coil is clearly marked on the top of the case, and coils are adjusted to an accuracy within 0.1%, available across any range from 0.1 ohms to 120 ohms.
